Once submitted, you will receive the first email informing you that we received your request.
We will review it and reach out to you to ask for your pet’s information, address, and the nature of the intervention if not already mentioned in the appointment request.
Once we have all the necessary information, you will receive a confirmation email.
Before our visit, we would like you to isolate your pet in a room so that we can easily provide the care it needs.
If applicable, make sure you have your pet’s medical file and list of medication at hand.
In some cases, and for safety reasons, we may need your assistance in manipulating or holding your pet.
We are able to visit homes in Eindhoven and its region including Aalst, Geldrop, Heeze, Eindhoven, Nuenen Veldhoven and Waalre.
If you contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment to cancel or reschedule, we won’t charge you any costs.
The time and cost we spend coming to your home are simply lost if we cannot provide the care you requested. We will remind you of your appointment a few days beforehand so you get a chance to cancel or reschedule. We simply ask you to notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
